StageDoor is the online Supplemental Application for undergraduate students applying for programs offered by the Department of Performing Arts at Emerson College. StageDoor is where applicants to Performing Arts will schedule an audition/interview and get instructions for submitting a résumé/portfolio.
Applicants can view individual program requirements as well as the audition/interview schedule for 2007-2008 without the need for an ID and PIN number.
In order to complete the StageDoor Supplemental Application for Performing Arts, applicants must first:
Once applicants submit the Common Application form, Emerson College Supplement and the application fee, the Office of Undergraduate Admission will send an Emerson College ID and PIN number via regular mail (allow two weeks) to begin work on the StageDoor supplement.
Please note:
Applicants only need to submit the Common Application form, Emerson College Supplement and application fee to receive an ID and PIN number for StageDoor. An application for admission will be considered complete when the Common Application is complete (along with the Emerson College Supplement), all StageDoor requirements are met and, finally, all supporting credentials and documentation—school report, official transcript, teacher evaluations, etc.—have been submitted to the Office of Undergraduate Admission. For details regarding admission requirements see: First-Year or Transfer. Auditions and Interviews do not need to be completed by the application deadline.
Once you have received an ID and PIN number from the Office of Undergraduate Admission, you may login to Stagedoor and complete the Supplemental Application for your Performing Arts major.
